Americká herečka Evelyn Louise Keyes se narodila 20. listopadu 1916 ve městě Port Arthur v Texasu. Jejím otcem byl slavný "Methodist" ministr Omar Dow Keyes a matkou Maude Ollive Keyes. Když byly Evelyn tři roky, její otec zemřel. Po otcově smrti se malá Evelyn s matkou přestěhovaly do Atlanty. Tam se Evelyn začala intenzivně věnovat tanci a v místních klubech vystupovala jako Daughters of the Confederacy. Ve filmu se poprvé objevila ve svých dvaadvaceti letech a… (více)
