Horor volně podle klasické novely irského spisovatele Sheridana Le Fanu „Carmilla“. Příběh se odehrává ve Štýrsku začátkem 19. století. Generál Spielsdorf vezme v ochranu slečnu Marcillu a ta se spřátelí s jeho neteří Laurou. Laura začne trpět nočními můrami, trpí chudokrevností a nakonec zemře. Brzy nato se Mr. Morton se ujme slečny Carmilly a poskytne jí útočiště na svém zámku. Mezi Carmillou a jeho dcerou Emou vznikne intimní přátelství.
