Travis, jeden ze členů vítězného týmu amerických karatistů, se zapletl s podsvětím, zatoužil totiž po hlavní ceně v nezákonných zápasech, pořádaných v Las Vegas. Ve hře je sto tisíc dolarů. Utkání se odbývají v Koloseu, největší a nejbrutálnější aréně, kde neplatí žádná pravidla. Tam spolu bojují novodobí gladiátoři, aby mohli ve finále vyzvat soupeře nejobávanějšího, majitele klubu Brakuse. Travis byl při zápasu zabit a Tommy s Alexem se rozhodli vraha potrestat.
