Anna Marie „Patty" Duke je americká divadelní, filmová a televizní herečka. Nejprve jako šestnáctiletá se stává slavnou, když vyhrává cenu Academy Award pro nejlepší herečku ve vedlejší roli a později hrající tři roky ve stejnojmenném sitcomu aby herecky dospěla jako Neely O'Hara ve filmu VALLEY OF THE DOLLS /1967/.
