Ray Breslin (Sylvester Stallone) je neustále na útěku - živí se totiž testováním nedostatků zabezpečovacích systémů ve věznicích. Uplynulo už několik let, kdy se stal obětí zrady a musel sáhnout až na dno svých sil, aby unikl z nechvalně známé prosklené Hrobky. Po tomto úspěchu mu prestiž ještě stoupla, získal množství nových zakázek a nyní čelí nové velké výzvě. Jeden z členů jeho týmu zmizí a ocitne se v tajném technologickém zařízení s příznačným názvem Hádes. Tajemná organizace v něm vězní unesené osoby, které disponují důležitými informacemi nevyčíslitelné hodnoty. Bohatí obchodníci, tajní agenti, politici i mezinárodně hledaní zločinci - nikomu z nich se zatím nepodařilo dostat se ven. Jediná cesta pro Raye Breslina tak znovu vede směrem dovnitř...
